    Anyone know why some channels are missing the tabs (Home, Videos, Playlist, etc.)? Here is a screenshot of what I mean.

    The reason for this is that this is custom, you can adjust wich tabs you want to show on your home screen. Taken my own channel for example, i have Populair Uploads, newest uploads, playlists and Livestreaming on my home tab ;)

    I understand about the custom sections. What I am referring to are the default YouTube tabs directly below the channel name. Like the circled ones.

    you must got into your youtube settings and mess around to fix it i am sure u can look up a vid on how to fix it or something like that or figure it out yourself
