Twitch Question

I'm fairly new to streaming and was wondering how you handle 'odd' people that pop up in chat. Like I said i'm new and I only 1 viewer and that 1 viewer is always an 'odd' person.

 

I can give you an example. I don't add people I don't know personally. Someone entered my chat asked me to add them on PSN. I said 'I don't add people I don't know personally, sorry' they then proceeded to tell me their full name,where they lived and how old they were. Then asked for me to add them again, apparently to that person they thought telling me all this now means I know them personally. And a few others that had to be timedout/banned as they just came to cause trouble. (You know, the general shouting abuse at other viewers or me if theirs no one else to get attention)

 

I do have online friends don't get me wrong. If they were a regular viewer,we talked all the time and they seemed alright then after awhile I may have said yeah we can have a game together. It's like real life you don't go up to random people at work or school and go 'be my friend'.
