Hey i have taken a look at your channel and the first thing is see is your empty Home screen, make use this by placing your new uploads, Populair uploads and custom playlist section to draw attention.

Your banner is good but the Twitter and Google+ logo are a bit off and too big for the banner, besides that maybe make the background a bit different as now it looks a bit bold.

Use your about section to tell something about your channel, tell possible subs why it is they should sub, what makes you unique?

Last, your video description is a bit on the short side, maybe add some extra information about the video.
