Logo looks great.
Your banner does fit your logo, but it could use a bit more work. However it does not need it.
Great to see that you have a channel trailer. Try to refrain from having an intro though.
The thumbnails look great. But on some of them the text looks a bit squeezed and is a bit hard to read (Reffering to the pokemon ones.)
You should try reversing your titles currently you have "Creativerse Let's Play Gameplay - JUMP OF DEATH" instead try to write "JUMP OF DEATH - Creativerse Let's Play" because then they know what will happen in the video at first glanse. And the game will be written right behind it anyways.
Good to see that you have some playlists set up.
Try to add more to your about page. Personal info, links to social media and such and generally anything you can think of. It helps people get to know you and your channel a bit.

Overall. I'd say you are doing the right things. You just need to be patient and wait for the subs to come. (Or if you really want to. Advertise a lot)
