I'm currently on a 29 sub channel and I don't see much growth I do csgo, cod custom zombies, and I'm currently playing through Doom 1 cause of the new doom, But I don't see much growth and I don't want to ask people to subscribe or force them to I just want to get my channel to grow with good honest work, is there anything I can do better.

I checked out your channel. By no means am I an expert. You had a good outro & intro to your last vid. You did talk during your gameplay. Have you thought about using a facecam? People tend to tune in more when they can see the streamer. Don't have to, just mentioning it. Your "About" section is kinda bare. You may want to put in more info about yourself as a gamer. Just my two cents.

I find that the Logitech C920 is pretty good. It's a 1080p HD Cam. A bit high on the money side, but great overall.

If you want to get a larger fanbase do something that's unique on your channel.

Social media is a great way for promoting. Get your name around on twitter, instagram, facebook, forums. Try to get in touch with different gamers for a collaboration.
Dedication is the key to growt. Maintain a vast upload schedule so people know when your new content comes online. If possible upload once a day, the more content you have then eventually with time you will grow :)

I'm trying to learn some tips as well but the other posters really gave some good tips, especially the social media one, look up a reddit called New tubers, its a small youtuber reddit. Various Google plus pages and Twitter. My biggest block is sharing on Facebook, because my family lol. But if you're comfortable share on all your social media pages you have. And look into tag optimization. it Helps you get more noticed on the search engine.
