What will happen if I do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and 10 KM of running everyday? (all without any break). Furthermore, if I stay in a hot environment and I dont turn on my AC, will it improve my mental endurance?

Along with this exercises, I will also be eating LOTS of food, meat, and vegetables, 3 meals a day, and take rest as well.

That being said, if I do all of these, what will happen and what results will I achieve. This workout is inspired from the manga/anime, "One Punch Man".

And last question, what if I did the same thing, but instead i did 1000 pushups, 1000 situps, 1000 squats, and 1000km of running everyday? (I would have to run from my home to the public park back and forth a 1000 times to achieve 1k km)

What will be the end result?

Doing 100 Pushups/ Situps/ Squats daily will build up your muscle mass allot over time. My workouts for sports during school included 150 Pushups, 100 situps, and 100 ab other workouts. 10 KM of running is equal to about 6.2 Miles, which is 31 laps around a generic Olympic Track. But if you don't wanna literally die, take a break. You should definitely pace yourself, because over working right when you start working out can injure you.

And for the running, don't overwork yourself. Especially during the Summer heat stroke is a big risk.

Doing the 1000x of each would have essentially the same effects, but you'll probably tear a muscle.

Running 62 miles is over twice a marathon. The average time to run 1 (by someone who has trained for it) is 4.33 hours. Doing two of these would be at least 9 hours of running daily, not counting the extra breaks you'd undoubtedly have to take.

Both would be good routines to get into. Starting off, I'd just do 50 daily, and work up till you get to 100. Then go up by 5 a week till you get to 150. As for running, do as much as you can in 20 minutes.

I love Satiama's OPM workout and indeed i do it every day but i started 2 months ago and the results are epic. My friend started it 4 months ago and now he has six pack abs, huge biceps and triceps, and cool body. Honestly, I really like One punch man fitness

And yeah, you can proceed with increase the amount of pushups, situps etc each day and eventually upto 1000. It wont be a problem as long as your in the routine. Doing 1000 on the first day can cause a SERIOUS problem!

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Alright, I will start with 100 then, and later increase it to 1k. About the 1k KM, im not sure. Maybe just decrease it to 100 Km afterwards

Edit: I just noticed that my rank on MGN is "Hero". I must be getting somewhere xP
