I have been asked a lot, How I stream my xbox one game play with out a capture card. I am here to show you how. First this is noted this can only be done on windows 10. So if you dont have it or plan on getting windows 10 this will not work and you well need a capture card.

    1. Turn on your xbox one and go to settings.

    3. Go to Game DVR & Streaming

    4. Make Sure that Allow play to streaming and Allow game streaming to other devices are both checked

at this point you are done with the xbox now lets head on over to your pc.

    5. go down to your start menu.

    6. Go to your xbox app sign in if you need too. then go down to setting

    7. At the top click on Game DVR, Scroll to the bottom where it says audio and video recording. please note: i have my audio set to 160kps and video encoding at 60fps and video resolution set to high. based on your own home network will determine what your setting will be set at. you will need to test and play around with them.

    8. Then click on xbox one at the top and pick you steaming quality again it is based off of your home network some testing may need to be done.

    9. now on the side left panel you will see Connection it looks like a little xbox one. click on that.

once you are this far. obs and or xsplit needs to be set up to capture Display as there is no game to use game capture. start your obs or xsplit after you have set that up. Then go back to the xbox app and click the stream button. you will see a blue screen come up and you are streaming your xbox one to pc.

if you have any questions or get stuck on something you can post here or get a hold of me in discord. happy streaming :)
