Question to gaming let's play channel over 1000 owners

Hello MGN
I am currently stuck at 118sub for last couple of weeks,
I would like to ask all YouTube's who have over 500or 1000 subs.
How you guys deal when you where around 100 sub. Few suggestions I have got are
*Collaboration around my channel size
*comment(not spam) other larger gaming channels to get noticed

As you guys probably know that around 100subs it's real pain to get noticed and If there not not much view to start with there will be no chance for converting viewer to subs

I have 50+ videos, I try to upload daily except Sunday and all usual indie games I try to get the trending indie games, 1080p 60fps etc

Please provide some honest answers

If something that you can't post here pm. I really want to know what I am missing

I was shocked by a channel who is 1000 in month and the 11k in 15 days that 11k in 45 days
