MGN Custom Enchant Suggestions.

Introduction:
Hello everyone! If you do not know who i may be, i can proudly say that i am a Developer on the MGN MC Server. I wish to add/fix so many things and expand my knowledge of Java more specifically Minecraft Bukkit/Spigot. At the moment we have amazing projects in the works and coming soon! I want to make this thread for anyone who wants to share their amazing ideas and possibly get a chance to have it featured on the server. NOTE: NOT ALL IDEAS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!.

What i'm looking for:
I am looking for Custom Enchantments! If anyone has any amazing custom enchant that they want to see in an upcoming project, this is your chance! This plugin is still very early in development and i will be more than happy to possibly have your idea coded into the plugin! Please follow the template. Thank You!

Template:

1. Enchantment Name
2. How many tiers? (1-4 ONLY)
3. What does it do?
4. Where did you get that idea from?
5. Where will the Enchant be implemented for? (Helmet, Chestplate, Boots, e.t.c)
6. OPTIONAL: Does your Enchantment have any special needs? (For example: "Deathringer", The user must have this enchantment on ALL pieces of armor!)
