YouTube Streaming Dead?!?! Tips To gain Audience?

Hey guys so I just want to get some more views on my channel and in order to do that I started to stream on youtube and with no success. No views at all any suggestions or is youtube gaming streaming just terrible streaming service

 

I don't personally watch much youtube streaming. I don't know how good or bad it is to be honest.

I think most people use either hitbox or twitch for viewing stuff. You might want to look at either Twitch or using a service like restream.io that will let you stream on multiple services at one time. The issue with restream is that you can't, as far as I remember, see the chat on the services you stream too so you you'd need to have multiple windows up to keep up with view interaction.

 

thanks buddy will do that next time does the restrem app need a high end pc I got a mid spec handles streaming well but I cant magine it streaming to two site?is it a demanding software?

restream works like this. you put in the resteam key and when you start your stream it goes to there. then restream then sends your stream to two platforms you have set up. you dont need a super high end pc all setting can be the same as you have now. as for chat restream does have a chat app that links all of them together you do have to download that but its been a while since i used it but youtube chat wasn't working in it.

I seem to be watching a lot more YouTube streaming lately

 

I do stream a lot on Youtube, but the issue is there is already a great number of fans and followers on twitch and other sites like that.
If Youtube would of done it sooner then they might of stood a chance in that scene!

 

Great point Jord. Even though YT has a working platform and it's great to have your videos and streams in one place, the problem is that they were simply too late - everybody was already established with fans on Twitch.

 

Yeah twitch is SO big now its hard to get YT streaming going, Ive never watched anyone stream to youtube.

I did stream to YT for MGN the other week and it was pretty fun, I think viewers were around 7 - but that was made up of people from here & a dedicated twitch fan

 

honesty i have been given it some thought of moving my live streaming to twitch. i never fully started there i just went to youtube because they just launched youtube gaming.

 

No,you tube streaming is not dead,If you post very good content video it will attract more audience
