Getting my custom URL

I am not big on asking for help but on this occasion I feel like I have to, After I restarted my channel a few months ago ended up with a channel name with about 20 random letters and numbers, seems that's how YouTube does things now,

After waiting and doing everything I needed to do to get my custom URL back I was informed by YT that I needed at least 10 followers on my brand page, something that historically I have never been able to do.
So I am asking for help, All I am asking for is for 9 people to follow my Google+ brand page until I get rid of my 20 random digit channel name, then you can do whatever you see fit.

Note: I am not asking for channel subscribers or views, I know that comes with my putting in the hours, all I am asking for is help getting my channels URL

Be careful when choosing a custom URL because i messed up when choosing mine and it CANT be changed so be very careful.

 

Ahh dont worry Jazwot, I already have my channel name and URL chosen "Mr.iJim" I just need Youtube to release it or a variant of it for me to add to

(I cant have iJim because someone already has that one and I accidently deleted iJimTV a few month back

Thanks Gingerbread, followed you back, yeah all you need is 10 followers, be in good standing and a monitized video up, oh yeah and wait 3 month which I have done.

 

to get a custom url just need your account needs to:

• Have 100 or more subscribers
• Be at least 30 days old
• Have an uploaded photo as channel icon
• Have uploaded channel art

so i dont know what of the requerments you need to do or if there is just some issue.

i was able to get mine before the 100 subs so i feel like they changed
