I can't give you specific prices since i live in The Netherlands,
But i'd suggest going for a setup like this:
Case: Sharkoon VS-4 Window (So you can look at your setup :p, includes blue LED fans)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-B150M-HD3P (Just a simple motherboard, does not support multiple graphics cards max 64GB RAM)
Processor: i5-6500 or i5-6600 (Clock speed is the only difference)
Graphics card: GTX 1060 (This one is perfect for playing the latest games on decent settings)
RAM Memory: 8GB DDR4 (Most of the new games take up a lot of ram, by a lot i mean like 4-6 GB per game.)
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (Just a simple 1TB Harddisk, for storing your games!)
SSD: Kingston SSDNow 120GB (Install your Operating system on this disk and it will be hella fast to start up!)

This is a rather cheap but good setup :)
If you have any questions feel free to ask me!

If the price of that build becomes an issue, consider switching the CPU to a AMD FX 8350, you can normally get them cheaper than Intel, and it'll outperform the i5. AMD motherboards are typically cheaper as well.

The AMD FX 8350 won't outperform the i5-6500 or the i5-6600 lol. (not in gaming atleast)

In gaming the difference will be unnoticeable. However the 8350 will multitask better. And... It's cheaper. Why pay more for a performance increase you won't even notice?
