Reviewed Can someone help me?

Hello guys,

I need some advice and tips to grow my channel.
My channel is in Portuguese language and I read and watch a lot of tutorials for youtube gaming channels.
I make more attractive thumbnails, good description, I take a long time to make good tags as well, make a good content, funny moments and after I post a video I get a good comments a almost only likes in my videos, I think in 100 videos I get in total only 3 dislikes, but the problem is, since I start making gaming videos for my channel, one year ago, I only have 291 subs!! its very disappointed. I don't know what more I can do. I work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week in my job and for make videos I used too much of my free time. and after I don't see results! I think my problem can be on share and where need to share!! I know I need by a good micro but I'm building a new setup right now. But have a baby 6 months ago and the money is short now. I try make a partnership with a couple of gaming sales with no lucky at all. :,(
