Solved Cannot connect with Forum Account

When I'm logged in to the MGN Dashboard it's the same as the Freedom except its GREEN.

Now I click on Profile >> Connect to Forum Account >> It asks me for the username and the password for the forum..I enter my username and my password >> click Continue and it gives me this error

No user found with the argument: "TheGameVlog"

Can someone please help me out here? I'm also sending an email to support(at)mgn.tm

Hopefully I get a reply from a Support staff from the email I sent..still waiting for it ;(

Ok so now that u see that awesome Green Badge which says [MGN Partner] you should know that this issue has now been fixed.

Solution :

Just send an email to support(at)mgn.tm with your Forum username and your Custom ID which is displayed on your profile page in the MGN Dashboard. You should get an reply from the Support Staff and they would fix it for you!!

Way to go MGN!!

 

I have sent a Mail to them now as well.. got the same issues.
