The "Level" System on the Forums?

No you need to post around the community to gain 10 points then you have to buy access in the store to post in the video

Regarding the lvl system you earn XP and points by interacting on the forums in wich you lvl up and earn a new rank

Hey in regards to not being able to post in the videos section, you need to have 2 things; 1 get your forum account upgraded to partner by messaging the mgn support team email and giving them your forum account name freedom id etc, and 2 get 10 points(posting on the forum 10 times) then clicking on the shop tab and buy the video pass with the 10 points you have and go to the videos forum section and post your video! The pass can only be used once so you'll have to be active on the forum more and post more to be able to buy more passes. Also you'll want to put the name of your video in the title and put the link first in the description box by clicking the link button over the text and pasting the link there and clicking ok. Then post about your video like what its about maybe use your description. Also put tags on your post so people can find your video, you can put up to 10 tags btw. You level up by posting around on the forums and being active btw.
