MGN group on Twitch

I've noticed when some of us stream it says what game their playing and then says on MGN. I had a look at the group but I don't know how to join it. If it's by invitation can someone tell me how or send one please

Just a question how long does ti normally take in order to get a invite sent to you once you get approved?

 

It didn't take long for me. it happened more or less just after I applied
