GTA 5 (PC) looking to recruit crew members to collab with each other

I am looking to grow the crew ( UNAE YouTubers ) to collaborate and play deathmatches and last team standings, some people I know agreed and others there are pending responses for, If this crew grows then we can do special combined shoutouts to people so people can interact to the channels of everyone in the crew and actually pick channels based on everyone's opinion so the shouted out channel is the right channel to live up to expectations.
